Services & Terms of Reservation

Our car rental prices belong to the lowest on the market while at the same time include a variety of car rental services FOR FREE.

For these services other companies will either openly charge you or hide the additional cost till the end of the day.

Service Type
	Unlimited Free Kilometers There is no daily kilometer limit.
	All taxes included Our prices are final including all taxes and services without hidden costs.
	24 hours help assistance We are available on a 24h basis for your service.
	Full comprehensive insurance We provide the most competitive full insurance service on the market including: . Fully comprehensive insurance, collision damage waiver (c.d.w.) . Full cover for Fire - Theft - Windows - Damages from malicious actions Wheels, tires and the damages under the car are not covered in case of driving not in asphalt (off road). Damages in the inside of the car (burn or cut the seats, wet seats from sitting with wet clothes or serious cases of indelible stains will be charged. . Personal Medical insurance for all passengers (in case of an accident, the medical costs of the injured passengers are fully covered by the insurance). . Any damage is fully covered by the insurance if the driver is not responsible for the accident. Exceptions are also all the cases that you cause an accident driving drunk or after using drugs. . No compensation is required, even if the driver is responsible for the accident. Other competitors request a minimum excess of 400 € even if the driver is not responsible for the accident. The only obligation of the driver is to inform us and the insurance company, if not the whole amount will be paid from the driver.
	24 hours road assistance We provide road assistance on 24h basis in cooperation with the largest road service insurance company in Greece.
	Vehicle replacement in case of breakdown We replace your car with a new one in case of damage or car accident.
	A second driver to the contract for free No additional charge for the second driver.
	Airport-port-hotel service We deliver/collect your vehicle, all over the island, to the destination of your choice (airport, port, hotel, etc) for free. A small charge is incurred for delivery or drop of outside the area of the region of Chania.
	New safe vehicles For your safety we renew our fleet with brand new cars every 6 years.
	Special prices for many days rental Our prices get lower for the more days. The longer you rent, the lower the average rental cost gets!
	Very reasonable prices of the market Our prices belong to the lowest prices on the market including all possible services with no extra charge.
	No extra charge for after midnight arrivals You are not charged any extra cost in case your arrival at the delivery point (airports, ports) is after midnight.
	No extra charge on delays You are not charged any extra cost in case of delayed arrival of your flight (or ferry) at the place of delivery point.
	Free baby and child seats We offer the highest security seats for babies and children. Most of our cars are equipped with ISOFIX child seat system for outer second-row seats.
	GPS Navigation GPS Navigation - Voice instructions in many languages - Very Low Extra Cost
	Free road map of Crete We provide a free detailed road map of the island..
	Free car wash You can have a car wash service for free at our service points anytime you want during the rental period. (Valid only for long term rentals.)
	Free airport parking at the car delivery You are not charged the parking cost of the car when the delivery and return point is an airport (other competitors charge this cost to the customers).

General Terms of Reservation
	Minimum Age Drivers must be minimum 23 years old.
	Driving License Valid national or international driving license is required, issued at least 1 year before the beginning of the rental period.
	Traffic fines Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period burden solely the renter. In order to keep any costs and losses incurring from those events, e.g. towing fees as low as possible, OK RENTAL is entitled to pay all fines and fees in the name of and behalf of the tenant, and to collect the expenses from the tenant in any appropriate way.
	Fuel Gasoline consumption is paid by the renter. UNLEADED 95 only!
	Rental period Minimum rental period is 24 hours (1 day).
	No car transfer out of the island It is prohibited to transfer an OK RENTAL car by boat out of Crete, without a written authorization by OK RENTAL.
